Lily is a lifelong builder of bold, meaningful businesses. With a fierce DIY spirit and a deep love for all things community-powered, she’s spent over two decades helping creative entrepreneurs turn their ideas into thriving ventures.
She’s worn a lot of hats: pet care business owner with a six-person team, national booking agent for artists and authors, festival founder, e-commerce whiz, brick-and-mortar shopkeeper, and currently, the formulator and force behind Haven Herbs, a grassroots herbal apothecary. Through every chapter, she’s blended business savvy with purpose-driven passion—crafting strategies that are smart, scrappy, and values-aligned.
As the founder of HustleCraft, Lily now helps other indie entrepreneurs do the same. She brings hands-on experience in building lean, scalable systems; creating eye-catching websites; using automation and AI intentionally; and organizing community-rooted events and partnerships that uplift everyone involved.
